Three years ago, we were connected to realtor Gina Conzo by chance & instantly felt lucky: she was extremely knowledgeable, wonderfully personable, & not only easy, but fun, to work with. She, however, wasn't so lucky, as our apartment agenda was impossibly narrow: a quiet rear studio in a brownstone co-op, on a beautiful UWS block, with excellent light & in excellent (no needed renovations!) condition, exactly one flight up.
